Construction of the Cultural Center began on 9 April 2007, with the excavation of the site, taking until 10 August 2007 to move around 39,700 m3 of earth.
The process of building the foundation began on 16 July and ended on 29 February 2008, with a total of 489 bored piles installed at a depth of 45 meters.
In February 2008, the concrete and structural work was done: The contention walls were built for the underground parking, approximately 500 m2 of slab was poured for the first floor and interior columns were built in architectural concrete.
